Q: Can I get a discount if I order a large quantity?
A: Yes. Your price per item will decrease as the quantity increases. Contact us for orders over four.
Q: Can I have a design I created myself etched on glass?
A: Yes. Send us an email and attach your design. We will contact you with a cost estimate.
Q: Can I customize a design in color?
A: Yes. Any design can be imprinted in up to a four color design. Contact us for details and pricing.
Q: Can I provide my own glasses?
A: Yes. However we order glassware in bulk and can only give you credit for the price we pay.
Q: Can I have anything etched on glass?
A: Yes, except for the following exceptions: Copyright and trademark protected marks and logos.
Q: Will etched designs fade or wash of the glass?
A: No. Our etching process is permanent, unlike cheaper options you may find.
Q: Is the glassware dishwasher-safe?
A: Yes. Our glassware is 100% American-made, and is dishwasher, freezer, and microwave-safe.
Q: What type of file is preferred if I submit my own design?
A: Adobe Illustrator CS2 vector file with fonts converted to outlines. We accept nearly all file types.
Q: Are there any other types of glassware available?
A: Yes. We carry dozens of styles we don't have room for on our site. Contact us for details.
Q: Can I have a design etched on the back side of the glass?
A: Yes. The fee is typically $5.00, $10.00 for a full-wrap. Contact us for details or to place an order.
