Shipped orders: If any of your order is damaged in shipping, save as much of the damaged item(s) as possible without risking injury. You must also save all packaging including packing material and boxes, and notify Idaho Glass by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. Most shipping agencies will not honor damage claims if not notified within two weeks.
The shipping agency responsible for shipping the item(s) will be contacted once you contact Idaho Glass, and the shipping agency will contact you to arrange pick up of the damaged remains for assessment. Idaho Glass will ship out a replacement for the damaged item(s) within one business day of being notified.
Please keep any and all items which are not damaged as Idaho Glass will not replace undamaged items. To ensure your order is shipped to the correct address, please ensure that all information, auto-filled and/or manually entered, is current. Idaho Glass is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrectly entered, or bad or previous addresses associated with credit/debit cards, or PayPal accounts.
Walk-in/Delivered Orders: All Idaho Glass items are thoroughly inspected, deemed free of damage, and quality assured prior to packing, shipping, customer pick-up, and/or delivery. The customer is responsible for inspecting any and all items prior to departure from any of our locations, and/or departure of our delivery driver(s) from your home or business. Idaho Glass is not responsible for damage to any items once in the posession of the customer.
If you feel you have received an item(s) other than that described on your order form, contact Idaho Glass by phone or e-mail. If it has been determined that the item(s) is incorrect, an appointment will be scheduled for you to either come in and exchange the item(s) for the correct item(s), or have the exchange made in the form a delivery if your original item(s) was delivered.
Damaged Orders: If you have received an incorrect order, one that is either the correct design on an item other than that described on your order form, a correct item with a design other than that described on your order form, or both, Idaho Glass will ship via ground a replacement(s) for the incorrect item(s) within 24 hours of verifying the error.
