Our special Shipping/Delivery Offer is good now through November 30, 2011 anywhere in the continental United States, on orders of $50.00 or more, and for colored glassware orders of $100 or more. Our standard shipping method for the Free Shipping Offer is FedEx Ground and is 3 to 7 business days not to include the day your order is placed. This Special Free Shipping Offer is good while supplies last. Stone items ineligible.
Idaho Glass will ship your order anywhere within the continental United States or to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be shipped, various shipping options may or may not be available. Each shipping option for orders under $50 has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order and are noted as such when you place your order.
When checking out, you will be prompted to choose either a "Store Pick-up" or "Delivery" option for your order. Shipping costs on orders under $50 are dependent on the destination of your order and the shipping option you select.
Addresses within the city limits of Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and Garden City, Idaho including regular orders and orders wich qualify for free shipping will be delivered by Idaho Glass. Addresses outside of these specific areas such as Nampa, Caldwell, and Mountain Home, Idaho will be either shipped via Fed Ex, USPS or delivered by Idaho Glass at the discretion of Idaho Glass.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping option, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00PM Mountain Standard Time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We offer the following convenient delivery options:
• FedEx Ground
• Ground Express Saver
• FedEx Two Day
• FedEx Standard Overnight
Currently, you must call our customer service department at (208) 353-0386 to upgrade from FedEx Ground to any faster shipping method.
Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00PM Mountain Standard Time or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including FedEx Standard Overnight delivery.
Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited.
